Cote House is a magnificent period property divided into 13 fully self-contained flats. Residents retain their independence yet also enjoy the security of a 24 hour call system.

Each of the flats has en-suite facilities, along with a well-equipped kitchenette area where residents can prepare their breakfast and evening meal. Lunch is provided daily in an attractive dining room - a popular feature of communal life here and an option seldom seen in the traditional sheltered housing complex.

The building has a rich history which adds to the special atmosphere. It was built in the 17th century and until the 1960`s was a family home.

Many of the original Georgian features remain to be enjoyed by residents and their visitors.

Cote House is set in beautiful countryside close to Bristol`s Durdham Downs. The house has its own spacious grounds which include beautiful gardens with well maintained lawns and flower borders plus interesting walkways.

There is also an orangery and many quiet areas where, weather permitting, residents can sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
